Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dènevos.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns policy to ensure your peace of mind.

1. Eligibility

- You may return eligible items purchased from Dènevos within 14 days of the delivery date indicated on your order confirmation.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as received. With the exception of trying on the garment for size. 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Contact our customer service team at support@denevos.com and put the your order number in the subject of the email and request a return authorization (RA) number, please state the reason for wanting to return or exchange your items within your email. You will then be provided with a RA number and the address to return your items. 
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include the RA number provided by our customer service team.
- Ship the return package to the address provided along with the RA number.

3. Return Shipping

- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is delivered to us safely.

4. Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

- We offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size please contact our customer service team at support@denevos.com to request and exchange. 

6. Exceptions

- Final sale items, including clearance or discounted items, are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Personalized or customized items may not be eligible for returns unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
